when i got into thi chi it opend my eyes to the other half of martial arts the spiritual area and i really got into the history of eastersn thearys and practice. i beig a christian myself look at the eastern religions not as a realigion necesarly but as really good information to consider.

i like how the eastern religions as i understood the were  open ended alowing insert for your own idieas as to what certan things were and ment.

after reading about it a  while in the books i realized thet they interconnected their art and religion i like that as htey are both dicaplins

also the chi or ki aspect of it is vitaly indasposable as a martial artist i belive especaly if you consider your art to be kung fu

Whether people call it religion or not, it's basically about your "belief".

I was born catholic, but have love the world of martial arts because of its physical and spiritual sense.  It simply makes me feel good inside and out.
