| i am from the canton area i call it the chicken form because it resembles a checken. i stand side ways at the opponent with my waist and knees slightly bent. then fold my arms in like a checken wing. it is used as a deflecting shield (thy it you will be suprised how well it works). when an opponent punches at you duck in with your knees and waist while "flapping" your "wing " under thier wrist. this will defleck the throw away from the inteanded target. the turn (depending on a right or left throw) eiather inwords or out wards you will eiather clamp onto the front sholder whle slide wraping your wing hand to grab or at least controll the arm this will throw them i fdone right. or yo ucould wrap the arm in your wing the go around thier back and really f*** them up. the kicks used are un orthadokx chickin skratch like stomps and backward kindof kicks. lots of knees. here is ther buty of the style thogh. when you defleck the atack and turn in fo attack your aoutomaticky defending wiht your other wing now its a progredive defend attack defend movennt i hope you enjoyd and apreaciate the answer thanx for the question add me to your list will
