10-Count Pushups
1 Open your arms and legs like doing "jumping-jacks."
2 Close arms and legs
3 Squat down to the floor
4 Kick your legs out behind you so that you're in pushup position
5 Go down for one pushup
6 Pushup
7 Bring your legs back in to squat position
8 Stand up
9 Do a front kick (either leg)
10 Do a front kick with the other leg
That's 1 ten-count pushup. We usually don't do a certain number of them, just go for like 2 minutes or so. The important thing is to pace yourself and have fun with it!
