I have trained in the ATA (American Taekwondo Association; 4th Degree BB, certified instructor), ITC (International Taekwondo Council; 4th Dan, certified instructor) and the HTF (Hwa-Rang Taekwondo Federation; 5th Dan, Master Instructor)

I also train in Largo Mano Escrima.
