I like conceiled weapons... I have special shoes (steel plate in front sole), shin guards (metal corner-steel) that I wear on nights I think there might be trouble or I am out with a couple girls and feel I need extra defensive power.

These are definitly non-lethal, but I worry about the legalities of them being conceiled.

Any opinions?

No offense, but this is something that's pure fantasy ! There is no need to have these weapons.

Fantasy?  I don't get it...  Unneeded, maybe.  I like to design stuff, and mostly wear to test my designs.

These two weapons were designed after my own Hight-School experiences.  Being a computer nerd, I got beat a few times in my school.  I felt helpless and eventually took Tae Kwon Doe which helped.

I thought Shin pads that were non-lethal would help someone who is outnumber or out matched defend themselves in a mean world.

It helps to have martial arts skills with these items.  They simply allow you to kinda miss and still inflict damage.

If by fantasy you meant not real, I will upload some pics of them.  You can make the shin guards for about $30 and 1 hour of labor.

Scourge, I'm interested in checking out the photos.  Upload it.  You got me curious.

Go ahead use your fantasy weapon and let me know how it went when you wake up with your cellmate Big Bubba !   Using weapons outside your home rarely constuitute a justifiable self defense. If youi are caught wearing oh well, say hi to big bubba for me will ya!

I really can't see my self wearing something like that unless I'm looking for a fight or expecting one.  That's like wearing a "cup" for protection everytime you go out.  (which may not be a bad idea if you're going out with your ex-girlfriend )

I'm curious too on what these weapons look like. But sounds more like a shield than a weapon.
