| I have a fun conditioning drill that all my students absolutely love (not). It's a fun drill, but also challenging. It's called 10-count pushups and it looks like this: 1 Open your arms and legs like doing "jumping-jacks" 2 Close your arms and legs. 3 Squat down to the floor 4 Kick your legs straight out so that you're in push-up position. 5 Go down for one pushup 6 Pushup 7 Bring your legs back in to "squat" position. 8 Stand up 9 Front kick (either leg, doesn't matter) 10 Front kick (other leg) That's ONE ten-count pushup. We don't do a certain number of them, we just go for like 2 minutes or so. Try it and see if it works for you. Let me know what you all think. Scot W. Lisman Heartland Taekwondo

Scot, you should post that to a new thread so it won't get lost in this topic. :)

| No, Prince. In my high school, we had 7 Scotts. I dropped one "T" from my name to be different and it stuck with me ever since. Scot W. Lisman
