Is this really a good of training in these art?  You can't get the benefit of true self defense Hapkido and can't get the full sport of Tae kwon do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've read somewhere, and I somewhat agree, that these kinds of school end with up with a bad hapkido which is a combined TKD with bad wrist locks  :&amp;#41;</description><pubDate>Sat, 04 Mar 2006 13:47:49 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Sport Karate</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
