It shows me the kind of training they are doing and have implemented some of the training I've seen into my workout and works well.</P><P>In the last season, it really showed me how much of a *** Ken Shamrock is. He may have been great in the old days and was rooting for him for his fight against Tito. But after watching how he didn't care much about the guys and how he bitched too much about Tito and talked TOO DARN MUCH, he deserved to get beat in the first round. Also got fond of Tito after the show.
