It's what you come to expect in a sport karate type tournament. But instead of doing forms/katas, you do challenges.</P><P>A few of them really have talent. Maybe not too useful in MMA or real fighting, like those acrobatic kicks they do, but hey at least they can do them. </P><P>If you love watching MMA's, Final Fu is definitely not in the same realm, as stated in this article <A href="http://blogcritics.org/archives/2006/07/19/230512.php">http://blogcritics.org/archives/2006/07/19/230512.php</A> . But definitely some cool to watch as a martial artist. Anyone who are doing tkd, karate, kung fu, or any stand up martial arts are very aware of. Some of those tricks are very cool. I appreciate the fact that martial art is getting more exposure...whether it's cage fighting or point sparring or what ever Final Fu is trying to accomplish. But the show kind of sucks. I do record it though...but haven't watched it for the last two weeks. I tend to watch ESPN's kickboxing and other martial art competitions first.
